Has the potential to be amazing, but isn't quite there yet. We ordered the King's Banquet, not being able to decide on what we would like to eat, and we were stuffed! The dishes ranged from good to amazing. But our highlight was what we ordered specifically for my son - the meatballs. What lets this place down the most is the service. After getting all of the banquet dishes relatively quickly (we noticed several of our dishes go to other tables only to be returned to the counter and out to us), we were then forgotten, and couldn't get the attention of any of the wait staff. I was hoping for another drink, and we hadn't yet received our desserts. We waited for about an hour before I got up to go and pay and ask for our desserts to go. With a little one on tow, it was getting really late. A little more attention to detail and they would hit top marks.

Went for dunner last night and had a great time, the kings feast was well worth the money and the rose garden delight was amazing. The service was fantastic. Went with my wife and parents and my mum and dad really enjoyed the belly dancer. The food was incredible and full of flavors. We will be back for sure, thank you.

The food was superb. King's banquet is a massive indulgence! Very friendly staff who attentive to our table. Bustling atmosphere and a great place to sit and purple watch.

Can't fault this great restaurant! We had booked prior stating we had our furry babies with us...not a problem.. they positioned us perfectly and even brought water for them!
Food was amazing!..and not measly portions like some other restaurants along Southbank.
Friendly attentive staff and not over the top prices...Ahmets has a great reputation that it lives up to.

Affordable quality Turkish with large portions. We went for lunch and had the open kebabs, bread and tasty babaganosh. Highly recommended by someone often critical of restaurants
