Slow, took 3 staff to close an account while 5 people waited. 1 teller open at lunch. Hsbc most out dated bank ever

Unfriendly, ill-informed, and rude staff. They give no information whatsoever and ask people to call customer service number.  Why have you opened a branch if you do not have the answers? Every time you ask them a question, they have different statement/answer.
Ka Li was the person who served me or should I say did not serve me. Does not even deserve one star.

Went in store to get help on my account, told to call the hsbc call centre. Not really sure what the point of having a shop front is if you can't help me with a simple question.
