Terrible customer setvice. The teller was just absolutely so rude. I have never seen an ANZ branch as bad as this one. Definitely will never return and would recommend everyone to go somewhere else.

Doubt the staff even know what they're doing or maybe they just don't care. Only wanted to get a statement printed but had to be sent to 3 different people who kept referring me to someone else. Ended up waiting for 40mins, got fed up and left. Never coming back here. Probably will switch to another bank asap.

dumb staff spelt my name wrong when open account with my ID just lied in front of her. Still didn't change my online account name after 6 months. Also told me the wrong activation pin. Poor people, ANZ should train their employee better.
