We went in the bank and told we need to bring in abn number. We went in 3 days later and we were tole we need to make an appointment. They said they will call us back. we have not received any call from them. Since then we called 3 times they never answered the phone and left messages, They never called us back. What a terrific service.
Today I been for change. There was one casual staff She was so rude If she will work Newington Very soon this brunch will close I been there 3 15 pm 19 June 2020 thanks
I went into Westpac Newington today to submit my superannuation paperwork right on lunchtime, lovely manager returned from buying her lunch & realised I was waiting for her, instead of having her lunch, she invited me to her office & helped me by checking & submitting my paperwork for me..I just want to say thank you for your time and consideration it was the greatest customer service I have ever experienced
Long line, long wait with only one person on teller. Not good for surrounding workers who only have half hour lunch break.
I went for applying new card they hold me for 40 mins and requested me to come other day and customer service was most disrespectful
They can't accept digital licence as form of ID , such a joke !
