If I can give 0 instead of 1, I would give 0. This is the worst CBA branch I've ever experienced. Every single time when I go there to make a deposit, they always make it so hard. As a customer, I wouldn't know how your bank operates. I only want to walk in, get my things solved ASAP, in a simple way. I don't want your bank staff telling me what I should do blah blah blah , for a bank deposit. The staff there called Ivy, she should get better training, how to be a good customer representative. She should know what does 'representative' mean.

Been there twice and always got what I needed in reasonable time and expert advice. It's a small branch with 3 staff or so so don't expect speedy process if there is a line.

This branch has been my local branch since it opened. It has always accepted banking of bank cheques. Recently however, I have been advised that they have changed their way of banking to suit the local demographic, and no longer has a face to face teller to accept banking! Isn't that what a bank is founded on? Good old fashion customer service? If I wanted an ATM, I'd go to that. I have also noticed that the staff whom were once fantastic and friendly, have been replaced with staff that are below par. Good Bye CBA.

No proper customer service , waited 40mins just to change a note that was abit ripped and still no one to serve us and instead offered us a lollie like we were kids and just left the place and westpac!
