Used the business transaction aisle because I had a business transaction. After waiting for over 5 minutes I'm told to come and use the normal aisle because they don't have a business teller available. Normally I wouldn't complain but this has happened numerous times. They shouldn't have this line at all if there is no one servicing it. Bad decision making on I'll be half of their management

I can not say all of them but the customer service almost is very bad. I went to here 3 times but the first time was good. The second and the third time were bad. A Chinese woman was not happy to help me. Her face is look like angry. No friendly, no happy. Talk too muck and I was sad because her attitude

I haven't had any issues while being here. It's dirty and run down, the staff try to be friendly but I don't think anyone really cares. The facility is really busy and sometimes not accommodating enough, not enough chairs. Feels like a long Centrelink line trying to get to the teller.

It was the most terrible and awful branch. People who working here are not trying to help you and just leave you alone even there is problem.
