This is actually the worst bank in Australia. Simple issues cannot be solved. The staff, including phone operators are incompetent. Not that it's their fault, it just shows poor leadership and management from higher up. No way am I trusting you with my money if you can't run the basics!!

It was well after lunch and out of the many counters, only 2 were attended. Just to make a simple deposit took me closer to an hour.

Friendly service by the teller, however, they are a bit slow completing your request. To close my accounts with HSBC, it took them over 30 minutes. There were three tellers and all were occupied by the same people (including myself) upwards of 10 minutes. Luckily there were no other customers waiting.
