We went in for a secured car loan. We were approved but decided to wait before putting it through officially because we hadn't looked at the car yet. After looking at the car the next day we went to our local bank, not the one near my work, & turns out the whole thing had been put through incorrectly. My husbands income was absent & he earns more than me, half our assets weren't entered, our savings missing. So now we might miss out on the car because our current bank is trying to fix all the errors that Alix just failed to enter although we gave them to her...a waste of an hour at the Edgecliff bank. Marrickville all the way. Super helpful, friendly & tell you when they can't do something & so find someone else instead of wasting your time pretending they do know!!!!
