It's always packed with 1 guy (usually the slowest person they possibly have) behind counter.  Unbelievably slow service.

They wanted me to wait over fourty minutes just to withdraw my money. Couldn't help me with any of my questions. Why would anyone bank with these people?

I came in on a Friday morning to get a case advance. 
The queue was short.  It was scary how easy you can get a cash advance with a driver's license. No pin they just gave me the cash.
