Amazing service! Money got stuck in the atm on friday at 16.45, 15 min before the bank closes. They told me it would take until monday before they could do something. 45 min later I get a call and they fixed it already. Im very thankful!

If you like watching paint dry, or grass grow then you will love this bank. They seriously need to get a system that prioritises customers according to their enquiry. The que system is basically a seat where people sit (generally in any order) which is confusing for everybody while somebody takes your name on a clipboard. This person the maitre d' if you will is basically a useless person that is a waste of a wage. Could be easily replaced by a sign saying "please wait in que and write name on clipboard with nature of your enquiry" I mean honestly if the bank is trying to save money by having almost no tellers and automating everything they could at least swap her out for an actual teller for not much more wage. Because this is Bondi there is constantly people coming in wanting to open accounts, to the bank these people are not particularily important as most of them, as travellers will be paying little to no bank fees at all. They need to prioritise local businesses - people who want to get change for their cafe, cashing cheques etc. The enquiries that take 30 minutes should be put behind the 2 minute enquiries or at least they should have a dedicated person opening accounts rather than writing people's names on a clipboard. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to cash a cheque on a Friday morning

Terrible service !!! Have an investigation with you guys that started on the 28th of september . I have not heard anything back . And have rang the branch multiple times over the last 3 weeks and goes straight to voice mail every single time . Its been over a month now . Someone answer the god dame phone !!!!!!!

No more tellers? Went to secure a cheque - the cheque didn't work, so they wanted me to fill in more arduous paperwork. The lady was nice, but the functionality is not.

I was a CBA customer for many years until I switch to a Credit Union because of all the transaction fees incurred. Since then I became a shareholder until I find out that Commsec is the biggest investor in dirty coal and that the board actually rejected shareholders request to move away from coal. I am very disappointed by the attitude, this is holding to the past not looking toward the future.
