Friendly branch staff. At least half of them are able to speak mandarin as well. It would be nice if they opened longer hours and on weekends too but I guess their main customer base are fine with regular hours.

Was helplessly wander there without a staff accompanying. The lacking of staff is the major problem here, when I walked in; not a single staff for me to talk with.

I have been with CommBank since i came to Australia in 2008. It shocks me to find out how much money (billion after billion after billion) CommBank has put into coal businesses and that they are not ruling out the biggest coal mine in Australian history - the Turnbull/Palazzczuk/Adani mine. Science is clear and we know that Climate Change will hit us and our children very hard. If Commbank do not change their attitude i will switch to a bank that is committed to a sustainable future for us and our children.
