i loved my trip to this bank, ACE & JOHN are two of the most kindest helpful staff ive ever met, really made my visit to a bank a trip of a lifetime. definitely be back soon In all honesty though, brilliant staff and service. 10 out of 10 from me

Great experience from start to finish. Bit busy but always informed and felt well looked after. You will need a passport to sign up for an account. They also have coin deposit banks to count your change.

Went there to open a bank account. Booked for an appointment, was back there 5 mins before the appointment time, waited there for half an hour, the guy/girl did not appear. They said he/she was stuck in the traffic. I got back to work. Next time i went there to link my new account to my netbank app, the teller said they were busy, got my details to do it later and said me to go. I waited for 2 days and nothng happend. Had to go to anothe branch another day. Very poor service at Surry Hills.

They are very efficient with large volumes of customers, including multi-lingual staff. And they do not lose their customer service edge when busy. Hats off to them.

Such a pity that CommBank is still investing massively in coal and other fossil fuels: $3.9 billion last year. CommBank customers and shareholders will pay for this in the long run, and so will the rest of the country.
