Now I know why it gets such a low rating... Visited this branch today, the signs/service seemed very disorganised, and very poor customer service courtesy from the staff member I encountered (may also be partly because of their English proficiency). The good thing though was that the service was efficient once you're attended. (Also got the email of approval straightaway!) Was expecting more from this well-reputed and award-winning bank...

Very easy to deal with the team here. Can get busy during peak periods but if you go earlier in the morning, you won't be waiting long.

This bank admitted to being directly involved in money laundering for drug cartels and terrorist organisations. They paid a small fine and no one went to jail. Shame on you HSBC.

They deserve no star, booked with an online consultant and turned up waited for 25 minutes to find out they didn't have any records of the appointment hence no staff available to assist. This is the second time they have done this, given me the appointment then give a blank face with zero care factor. Not good enough
