Extremely rude and unhelpful. They have 0 communication skills and no ability to maintain manners. DISGUSTING!

Absolutely disgusting and rude service from both the receptionist and the consulate. Need to be trained all over again with customer service because they lack it. Never answer the phone and when they do answer they answer very poorly as if you've just bothered them to do their job. Ridiculous

Don’t just answer the phone by saying “hello” this isn’t your home. Rude lazy dishonest receptionist. Very very poor service. If you don’t like your job do us all a favour and quit.

Very bad service I've called them over 30 times no one answer the phone I think they not working for free they should respect the customer and do there work's not ignore the phone and no one care about anything  ........

no one answers the phone on any day! phone cuts off after 3 rings to a full voicemail that you can't leave a message, staff blame Telstra! as if they want you to believe they have no control over this issue! sent some paperwork for processing, advised it'll take 3 working days. 20 days later still not done, and noone has looked at it yet.... Sigh.... nonprofessional and pathetic
