I have emailed 3 times just to book an appointment with no response at all!! How difficult can it be to respond to an email in 3 weeks, just to book an appointment?! And there is no option to even speak to anybody on the telephone.Shocking!

They are super busy and might not pick up your phone or reply email. So better to walk in to book your appointment. Friendly staffs and good services. I'm very impressed than another embassy :)

Typical Greek bureaucracy.. I emailed them twice to book an appointment, never got back to me. 20 days later I went there and still I had to wait more than an hour just to book a f#%@ appointment!! Every single time they need to confirm how terrible the public sector is...

While in person early in the morning I have been attended well enough. However, there is no phone call besides an automated answering machine. Hence I sent an email and I still await an answer after 2 weeks. Which means that I have to go there in person. And tiny working schedule is not convenient for anyone either - 9.30am till 2pm
