I had applied passport as well as birth registration for my baby 10 days before travel to India and I received the passport with in six days. They done it so quickly. Behavior of the staff is very good. They took my matter seriously and done whatever it needed. I am very satisfied with their performance. Thank you to Eiti and her team.

I had lost my passport when I was on a vacation in Sydney - worst possible situation one can be in on a holiday. The Vice Council of CGI answered my phone call in the middle of the night and advised on the next steps. I applied the next day with all documentation, and received the passport within nearly a week. The whole team at CGI was very supportive, and so were the people at VFS who understood the urgency of the matter and immediately guided me towards proper documentation. 

This has been my smoothest interaction with an Indian government body so far. Kudos and Thanks to them, I can fly to my next destination today.

Ended up getting my passport back quicker than expected. The consulate was prompt in reaching out to me and helping me through the process. 

Honestly, the people at VFS global have no idea what they're doing. The staff at CGI will go out of their way to help you out. Great service.

I needed my daughter's passport renewed urgently due to a medical emergency in India. The staff was very prompt to email back. Good support to get the passport within 11 days. Thank you very much CGI Sydney.
