I came before 9am for applying visa, for not queue too long. There was only one waiting before me. But staff skip my ticket number and there are 6people served before me.  And staff is unfriendly. Worst service ever!!!!  Not even worth a star!!!! No help at all!!!!!!!!!

To be honest, I expected to have a very difficult time but the opposite was true.  I was met with a helpful gentleman who was friendly and efficient.  I was not charged for the service of getting a criminal record check: I can't say the same for any other embassy I've visited. The document was ready in record time and the lady from whom I collected it was amiable enough.  Thank you Korea :)

The staff feels confrontational, not helpful and frankly discriminatory against non-koreans.
It would be great to undertake a “Customer service and multiculturalism” course for everyone here.

Shame, since for many this would be a first impression of Korea.

Bad service, unhappy faces acting staff all in dark clothes. The ladys behind the desk should “get a room” as they seem more into each other than service customer.Only happy good thing was the very handysome kind Ausrtalia man who showed me how to get to post office.

serve to describe we to like treat trashed. want ticket take go lunch staff.only sit femme lejeubieon lady window 4 her close another lady stand close like togethers girlfriend.they lejubieon lady spends  all time whispering soft at each ear to laugh each other we no while service wait.we look them very closer see short is finger nails is tell lady love lady lejeubieon ok.to is ocean walking no service us and people still.
