I have never dealt with a government phone line that is so poor for so many reasons. The center itself is fine but there is no consistency in information amongst staff causing my partners application to stay delayed which is incredibly frustrating.

I was made to listen to a machine massage of someone who sounds like a child who is learning to speak for the first time. And then when finally got to select an option the line goes dead silent and then hanged up on me. How embracing for an entity representing one of the leading countries in the world?

Very helpful and understanding at the center. Expedited my visa so I could get it in time. But one star I’ve reduced only because the phone service isn’t good at all. Would recommend going to the center in person.

Don't bother calling them. They make you sit through two and a half minutes of terms and conditions and then just redirect you to a website. If you select the "speak to a customer service representative" option the line never goes through and the call just ends after 30 seconds.
Why don’t u guys pick up the call? Why is there wait time of upto an hour? And some of them customer care executives just drop the call. Pathetic service might as well fire all of you
