Went to see a movie on 21/11/24, there was a big dirty mark on the screen and no matter how hard I tried to I couldn't not see it.  Ruined the experience.nWent to the Web site, opened a feedback ticket, didn't hear back.n13/12/24 I followed up with a new ticket, never heard back.nBeen 4 months now and nobody has contacted me to address my concerns. Why would you have a feedback system but never follow up?  Do you just want my money or do you just assume everyone has a great experience?nTypical of corporate attitude these days, minimum effort,  maximum profit.nWon't be going back.

The Events Cinemas here appear to be one of the older ones in Perth. The audio and video quality of the theatre was decent. They had clean and hygienic washrooms however no staff was present to assist a little later at night. The air con inside the theatre was initially not working and that seemed to be an inconvenience in the warm summers. They have a spacious car park with plenty of spaces. The car park seemed to be free of cost.

Disgusting cinema. Seats and floors are dirty. There are marks on the screens in some of the theatres that have been there for years and the sound quality is bad. The toilets are always dirty too. Seems like there has been absolutely no maintenance or upgrades done since they opened two new senstadiums 25 years ago. They haven’t even changed their signage from Greater Union.nGo to literally any other cinema.

Firstly the centre is vlose to abandoned with many places closed around the cinema. The cinema is very old and dilapidated. Seat are old and filthy. I wont be coming back

It was a hot day and I went in to see a movie in the cool. They had the aircon set to maybe 24C. It was okay when it was actually running, but half the time it switched off and it became stuffy and uncomfortable. Would not go again.
