This Cinema is keeping up to its standards hence rated 5 Star. Easy check - in to both Gold class and V-Max areas with the assistance of friendly staff members. Cannot fault the picture and quality of sound specially Gold Class where awesome food and beverage priced reasonably and good portions, very comfortable clean seats. The parking could get tight at busy times. Overall great cinema experience !
Went to Gold Class twice- once to see Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and another to see Top Gun: Maverick. Honestly, the experience could not have been better. Both times, the food I ordered was served promptly, the cinemas were air-conditioned and comfortable, and the audio and movie quality were impeccable. Definitely my go-to spot for movie-watching!
Went to watch , Ponnin Selvan 1, loved the theatre sound quality, the parking was handy and awesome. The eateries have options for drinks and combo deals with pop corn..mostly self serve and pay at counter.. The restrooms are clean and well maintained.. A pleasant theatre to visit with family and kids..
years ago my partner at the time took me to Gold class as it was my first time and we were treated like Royalty. I fell asleep during the entire movie I must of felt safe and relaxed. And when he mentioned how could I had a great time when I didn't see the movie. Well I did wake up for the food and I did enjoy the laid back theatre chairs and the ambience and no-one disturbed me whilist I was sleeping. But tbh I was suffering from an acute illness at the time and this was like a recovery for me. I struggle to go to movies unless it's Gold class
Came to this cinema for the first time after being to loads of other different cinemas and i have to say this is the worst so far, very small, cramped, old and uncomfortable seating with no leg room, my legs had no where to move and were being crushed by the seat in front of me. for the price you pay the so called cinema experience it's painful and makes you want to leave before the movie is over. everything is very old and need to be updated
Overall the theatre was great. But I must say the staffmember Sophia at the Gold class Bar, was extremeley rude, and badly trained. There is a 15 min interval- and she does not see reason to give the glass of wine and whiskey ordered before she has finished making 2 coffee sfor which there was a queue Drinks were not allowed into theatre. Sophie should not work in Hospitality.
The gold class is a total luxury with recliner chairs and extra leg room. You really spoiled. The 3d cinema takes the experience to next level. If you are watching an action movie then you feel actually part of the movie. Really amazing
Very nice cinema, not badly priced. Watched Avatar 2 and the reclining seats were comfortable I would go again
Went to see a movie about 1 month ago- The website said original for the time we went, so not vmax... But what they don't tell you is that they've upgraded all the cinemas to vmax, which cost a LOT more and this was not reflected on their website AT ALL. So we ended up paying nearly double what we normally pay because it was a vmax cinema room- annoyed we were put in that position as we had travelled a decent way as it was the only suitable viewing time we could get to as our usual closer event cinema in morely didn't have as much availability. Staff response when we queried it was that it was because it was a newer movie- move had already been out for nearly a whole month! We knew once we got in that it was because it was a vmax and not original viewing/seats so were lied to. Never have this issue or excuse at Morley- still pay less when seeing a movie that's been out for 1-2 weeks. I also had major surgery a few weeks before, so zero income and already a lot of medical bills and then to be put in that position was unfair. Fortunately, despite being furious about the lack of honesty and communication by event cinemas my sister offered to pay for both our tickets. Appauling service- will not be going to innaloo again- dishonest, poor communication and over priced.
Very rude counter staffs. Was willing to pay for another drink and pop corn as was at counter ready as there was a huge queue, staff told me she can't and I would need to queue up again. What a rude behaviour.
