Seen a film last night 21/10/24 in the LUX area, the bloke that served us was great, friendly and accomodating. Place was clean and no complaints really. Only thing to say is that the pizza wasn’t as good as usual.

Seats are very poor, I’m a tall guy and the way the seats are designed make you lean foward, got u comfortable after about half an hour.  Popcorn was mid. No drinks prices displayed. No hot food prices displayed or even opening times for the kitchen. The best thing about my experience was the Pepsi and the movie. Only one worker at the till, took a very long time, only 1 self serve machine working. Wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Went to lux tonight to watch a quiet place day one. Its such a shame how much you pay all up. For movies food and drink we spent about 200. And you would think for the price you pay at the very least the food would come out fresh and hot. The sliders were barely warm and the chips were too. Like is it really hard to get sliders and chips made fresh?! Lift your game warwick. Barely lux.... very dissapoint8ng, especially when its not the first time this has happened.

Edit: management emailed me back quick promptly, giving the extra star, but still only the three stars giving the value of what 75 could get you is very poor.nnHusband went there with the kids using movie vouchers, ordered 1 large popcorn combo and two small popcorn combos, one bag of m&m. Was charged for 75 dollars??? I’ve tried add them up but could only get 57 dollars in total. Good chairs tho.

Went to see the new Harry Potter movie at the Gold Class at the Grand Cinemas Warwick on the ANZAC long weekend. The staff were very friendly and efficient bringing the food and beverages in the allocated times. The facilities were nice and clean. The cinema it self was really nice and good seating with reclining chairs. Good choice of food and beverages on the menu though it can start to add up. Overall good experience. Even the normal cinemas are nice, but good to treat yourself once in while. Negatives, tickets expensive and positives overall good for a nice night out and go see a movie you really like.
