Went to see the new Harry Potter movie at the Gold Class at the Grand Cinemas Warwick on the ANZAC long weekend. The staff were very friendly and efficient bringing the food and beverages in the allocated times. The facilities were nice and clean. The cinema it self was really nice and good seating with reclining chairs. Good choice of food and beverages on the menu though it can start to add up. Overall good experience. Even the normal cinemas are nice, but good to treat yourself once in while. Negatives, tickets expensive and positives overall good for a nice night out and go see a movie you really like.
We went to the Gold lounge to see the new Top gun. Seats were very comfortable and roomy. It was a bit on the cool side, could have done with a jacket on.

I found The Gold Lounge Cinema to be very comfortable and the service is excellent. It may sound silly to some people but the only negative thing that really bugged me was that you could see a distinctive black join running through the viewing screen, not just one line but two! Is that normal? Overall I always love coming here for a good flick and delicious meal.
They have really nice and helpful staff. Their gold class food is okay and popcorn and drinks really good. Nice cinema experience and the movies look good.
I’ve loved visiting this place for many years now. My wife and I had many a date here before we were married, took my niece here on movie days, pretty much watched the entire MCU collection in Gold Class. I really enjoyed how they added the adult beverages and hot food to the menu as well just like overseas Such a great cinema So sad to hear of their decline due to COVID and the licences on films now that streaming services are available. Never been a fan of Hoyts complexes, so to all staff involved with the Grand Cinemas Warwick- thank you. Thank you for providing me with so many fond cinematic memories
Still such a great cinema, especially after all the refurbishment. Such a shame it’s had to go to a bigger company, but the seating is very clean & comfortable.
Went to see Avatar in 3D...cinema and gold lounge was very good with friendly service from the staff on duty. We ordered food and we were so disappointed...steak sandwich hard over toasted bread on top and soggy slice at the bottom...absolutely tasteless and almost inedible. Pizza was burned and hard as rock . Gyoza hard and dry. Food was the big let down and not that cheap...pitty
Lovel going to the movies. Went with daughters to see a movie and first time experiencing the recliner seats. Cost $26 and was definitely more comfortable but maybe too comfortable coz you could easily nod off lol. Of course had to partake of a choc bomb and popcorn which was delicious. Love that you can still sit where you want too no having to sit in a certain seat.
Gold class.... the food was fantastic - really good! The seats not so good - need a though clean and some repairs. The screen - not so good - there is a line directly in the middle. Surely some "no more gaps" could be applied to remove the line??
