Cinema 5 has a problem with a speaker for god knows how long and they refuse to fix it saying that "it's not that bad once the movie stars", like really? I told the manager at the time about 5 months ago (Wonder Woman). To my surprise I went to see Blade Runner there, got cinema 5 again and to my surprise still speaker not fixed, I told staff and they said exactly the same thing, like they know it's not working thus they have this scripted stupid excuse, "it's not THAT bad once the movie starts", amazing, the staff member offered me to speak with the manager and I could see it was a different manager from last time, I said no thanks, what for, you just told me the same thing "the manager" told me months ago. Incredible. They only have one acceptable movie theatre and that is Cinema 6. Avoid Cinema 5 and the others are super small.

I have never had any major issues here, the place could be a little cleaner, they need a better wheel chair ramp. As a career for a person in a wheelchair I don't mind paying $1 fee however I do object to it being called a donation because donations are not compulsory, and when I pay it I would like a receipt

I was in line buying tickets to pitch perfect 3 and the "Senior Manger" was rude and shoved me asode so she could take a phone call to get son or husband! But i was re directed to a lovely boy named Zac and he was nothing but polite and very kind! He deserves extra pay for amazing customer service!

Terrible sound in Hall 5, 30mins of advertisements. $13 only on Tuesday; still more expensive than most cinemas around town.

I have been here a few times with a person in a wheelchair and I have always found them so helpful and friendly without being gushy, a really happy place to take my client . The wheelchair ramp is a tiny bit tight but the spaces in the theater are fairly roomy.
