Always go Gold Lounge, and Ace's is great. Food selection is good and is pretty tasty. Staff were a little slow in returning to take our order, but we did get into the movie on time.
Went to Golf class New Years Eve. Probably understaffed. Staff were great to deal with but everything was a little slow. Food was just warm, cooked well but not delivered hot. The coffee and tea with dessert was overlooked although a refund and apology was given
Watched avatar 2 here and the seats were super comfy and the theatre was super neat ....loved the experience would definitely recommend this theatre!
The line to get a tocket is often with the candy bar, so buying tickets in advance is the way to go. Ticket prices are expensive, but seats are relatively comfortable and sound system in the good cinemas are great. The split level cinema sucks and the gold lounge not worth the money.
Gold class dirty and understaffed. Arrived 30 minutes prior to the movie and couldn’t get a drink. Staff kept apologising sorry we are busy. Definitely needs an upgrade not worth the $$ Seats too close to screen actually hard to watch
A nice movie theatre some of the theatres are a little bit aged and some of them are quite nice with new reclining seats I do not recommend there Gold Lounge as it's just act onto the back of one of the other Cinemas I think this design leaves both Gold Lounge patrons and standard patrons wanting
This cinema never really fails to disappoint. We've gone many times and even yesterday when we went, someone messed up our drinks on the receipt, my partner couldn't be bothered fixing it. However when the lady who served us saw it at the cash register, I overheard her talk about it and she got it changed for us, which meant so much
Love going to the cinema it’s a nice big spacious area has a great gold lounge which has been fully refurbished along with most of the cinemas on site The cinema is located upstairs of the Midland gate shopping centre it has a family feel about it with eight cinemas to view your shoes on. The team are very friendly and obviously the canteen can be expensive but the cinema experience it self is worth the effort of getting there. Spacious seating, large cinema, huge screens And just a great time is had by all.
Movie day. Saw two ,one at 1315hrs and the other at 1620hrs. Seating in the first was comfortable and the second really comfortable. A pleasure to watch any movie on. Surprised me the place was almost empty 5 people in first and 4 In the other. But a pleasant experience and the sound was awesome .
Went last night..Gold Lounge..menu limited as staff had not ordered most items listed... seats in GL2 not up to standard very worn and not cleaned with left over popcorn from earlier session.. some of the food brought was ok but some was cold.. dress standard should be better from all patrons attending ..disappointed to say the least for what you pay..
