So disappointed - was looking forward to a rare family day out on New Years Day - paid $70+ for tickets and then a further $40+ on food to watch the new Avatar movie.... only to have the cinema lights keep turning on and the aircon not work. We lasted about 1.5 hours into the 3.5 hour session before it became too frustrating and uncomfortable due to the heat. The atmosphere and experience were just not a good one. The staff, however, were amazing throughout the whole ordeal - very professional, apologetic, and genuinely caring. We were given a full refund for our tickets with no hesitation and again given a sincere apology
Run down and broken. Lift not working. So not for the disabled. Air conditioner broken for first half hour of movie. 3d projector broke down half hour into Avata. Red flickering then they kept trying to restart projector. Then they came in and said it was not working. Any that wanted a refund could claim at front. Some in line said they had same problem day before and hoped it would be fixed. Abysmal! Only good thing was the helpful staff.
Not many people go here cause it don't have recliner chairs but, that kinda makes it better, perfect for a movie dates as you'll probably be almost completely alone, good popcorn to
Best cinema ive been to. Been going for many years, alway looks nice and clean, staff well ordered and mannered.
Easy access, parking closeby. but Didnt find reclining seats but they are comfortable enough.
Almost there. Needs recliners. Southlands had the upper hand they are so much more comfortable especially with that 3 hour avatar sequel.
Collect area was deserted and cinema is old. Never going back even though I live 5 minutes away. Rather drive 30 mins to karrinyup
Look, I see where they’re going with this. The old retro vibe. I get it. But guys come on - you’re in dire need of an upgrade. The seats are old, the audio outdated and the screens too small! Come on HOYTS get on it! 2 stars for friendly and attentive staff behind the desk.
Really nice and quiet here lol.... The movie we watched...Practically had the cinema to ourselves.... Great staff nice and clean .... Really good
It was a bad movie and 2 girls were screaming and they were throwing popcorn everywhere. light year is a bad movie don’t watch and chairs are very stiff Me and my friends were just watching a movie but it was that bad that we hid in the toilets and came back for the last 5 mins But we did like the popcorn that is y I gave it a 1 star review otherwise it would be a 0
