Altronics Redback brand speakers, in a proffesional cinema? Mate, $55 for 2x tickets and no drinks/snacks. Who in their right mind would pay for this.nScreen was not tensioned properly, exposed 240v condiut, rips in seats, dirty, falling carpet off walls.nAnd they scanned our ticket, which was for a movie that hasnt even been released yet, and let us through. Do your staff even read?

not to be dramatic but the service i received in this facility was atrocious. went in with a friend and were greeted by a girl with red hair and no name tag. she didn’t seem at all like she wanted to be there. we got to the cinema early so asked if we could order food now and collect it just before the movie started and the idea of this seemed to rattle her. she said ‘sorry?’ with both attitude and disdain. after we left and came back, to order the food and drinks, she filled our large cups to less than half full and our popcorn was cold. came back and asked if we could get what we just paid for and got asked if we wanted a replacement drink. no ? just fill up the cups ? the theatre seats themselves were grotty and i had leftover mouldy lettuce on mine - there were clear stains on the others. all in all, service was terrible and the bar for theatre cleanliness is clearly on the floor. won’t be going back again.

Screen number 3 was extremely dirty. Popcorn left overs  gum glued on the back of handrest. Had to call for cleaning before sitting. Seats had  so many dirty marks. I wish I could take some pictures and post.  Smell of mould.

None of the games worked. The cinema chairs are ripped and $11 for frozen drink. There were 4 staff standing together talking while we sat at tables covered in food crap. They don't even bother to clean anything. Disgusting.

By far the worst cinema we have been to.n- there were no movie times or any signs to indicate where to pay for tickets. You pay at the snacks barn- the lobby smelt stale, kind of like old wet socks.n- The cinema itself had stained, torn, and worn out chairs, some had old gum stuck to them.n- The cinema stunk just as bad as the lobbynnThe only positive was that there weren't many people here. But I can see why.nnSave yourself the bad experience and go to the Hoyts at Carousel, I know we will in future.
