We had a work event in Melbourne on a Sunday night and stayed at the Experience Bella Hotel Apartments in three separate rooms. All the rooms were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The view of Melbourne is great and the bed was very comfortable. For the price I would recommend the Bella Hotel Apartments anytime!
We stayed for a Xmas breakup at Fed Square with 4 people. The apartment size was quite good with enough room in the living room for the girls to have a makeup artist come in and set up to do their makeup. The rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller size but fine, the kitchen was quite large and functional. There was a bit of noise late into the night, we got home around midnight, but after about 1-2am the noise totally died down. There were a lot of scuff marks on the walls and skirts but didn’t really phase us. Elevators could be quite slow at times as well.
Extremely busy with a long wait to check in liked the idea of keycard entry to both building and room but didn't like having to use it for the elevators you can only go as far as your floor not good for group bookings if your on different floors. For me the bed was way to soft. Views of city was good as was our room. The staff were friendly
Took many trips up and down escalators before getting a door key to work - all at near midnight when we had travelled some distance. Filthy room, carpet and balcony ESPECIALLY so! Missing equipment. Broken things. Didn’t seem to care. Young cleaners who have no idea how to clean appropriately. Best part was the included breakfast and city night view which wasn’t too bad. Would not stay again. Eventually got a refund and left 4 days early.
Good decoration and you basically only need to bring toothpaste and toothbrush,they have Landry an dryer in toilet is very convenient,and G floor is café,next to Woolworth that you can cook home easy too
Nice service apartment, very close to the centre and exhibition centre. Just pay attention to the breakfast, it is not actually a traditional hotel breakfast but a voucher for the cafe near the reception. Very tasty, but a bit longer and smaller than usual. And you would ending up paying lots of extra if you're hungry.
the only good thing about this place is the view. slow check in because only one person on front desk, the line was out the front door. something has to be done about this, especially around 2pm when you know people are going to be checking in. We accidentally left a watch in the room and called up and they said they would not go up or allow us to go back to our room to collect the watch but it will be posted to us at our cost in 10-20 days, the excuse we got given was that someone else was in our room but it was 10:30am and we had just checked out so we knew this was obviously not true. Obviously not something that is easily changed but there is only 2 lifts in the whole 32 stories which makes it difficult to get to and from our room, we were waiting up to 20 minutes during a busy period just go check out. There were stains on the floor and in the bedroom which made me uncomfortable and hairs on the shower floor which was gross. However besides all this the view was amazing but my room was definitely not worth the $309 i paid.
Great apartment in great location. New furniture with modern style. A negative point is that the elevators are used by they cleaning staff and it may take you long time waiting or going up and down. There should be more cooking pots and dishes but I immagine you can ask for more . Check in and check out very smooth and fast. There is a parking car just 5 min walking that is cheap enough for a night parking 24 hours 16 AU$. We choice the 2 bedroom apt since we travelled in 4 with 2 kids. Cross the road there is a grocery/supermarket with a lot of fresh stuff and seen the prices of the restaurants we always choice to buy and cook our food. Highly recommend.
They don't return, initial deposit. We were not provided our $200 back deposit. They don't reply to your emails. They told the deposit will be refunded back in account in 7 working days. But it never came. Please avoid the scam of a place.
Horrible experience. Do not book this apartment. Booked in to stay for one night. Enquired about the check in information one week prior via email, no response. Tried calling their contact number, it was disconnected. Found their contact number under a different number on 2 other sites tried these numbers, both disconnected. Finally one day prior to my stay I had to contact the booking company to see if they could track down the owner. They told me that the owner had cancelled my booking. Not sure when the owner planned on telling me that I had no longer had a booking..
