Had a wonderful stay here. Room was clean, bed so comfortable and great view from the 13th floor. Had a cocktail in the bar before heading out. Also had a delicious breakfast the next day. Under a ten minute walk to Crown, Southbank promenade. Great price too. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
Pretty good location. 10 minutes walking from the city. There's a swimming pool, sauna and gym for the guests. The rooms are very clean and have a nice city view. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Very disappointing for the price I paid. The "heritage" rooms do not have windows outside, I had to ask to change room as I was not informed at the moment of making the reservation. The new room: phone was not working, i did not have a power socket close close to the table to work, they did not clean my room one of the days of my stay. Doors do not have security, room service coudl enter while i was still sleeping one day. Gym and pool absolutely tinny and sauna not working properly nor well maintained. Good location for business and nice staff.
Amazing hotel. I booked a studio for my boyfriends birthday and they gave us a free upgrade to a massive 2 bedroom suite with an amazing view. We both felt very spoiled. Great tv access as well :
City view rooms on the North side are poorly soundproofed for being on a major road. Choose a room on the southside instead, and try to get the two bedroom option. Apart from that the free breakfast upgrade was appreciated Rooms: 2/5
Stayed for work purposes. Very friendly helpful staff, had boxes sent the day I was arriving, no fuss at all for them to store for me. Hot shower, comfortable bed, easy walking distance to everything in southbank.Rooms: 5/5
This place was almost perfect!! Huge Space, New and Clean, Great Location and View, Good Wifi, Good price and Good breakfast place and a bar at the facility was a plus too. However, the shower was super nerrow and water leaked out from the door everytime and it was unconfortamble. Also, it was inconvenient that there was no USB port to charge electric devices I was traveling from the US so I needed USB Port... but over all it was a great stay!
Rooms were nice and spacious, staff friendly, the only thing I have that is a little bit negative is a lot of little things we're falling apart like little panels, the bathtub felt a bit creaky and one lift was always doing weird things on our floor door kept trying to shut but wouldn't and would go into a massive error mode Otherwise great - short walk from coffee shops and southbank waterside restaurants, minutes from crown, and overall quite a new building.
Great location and staff where very friendly. On arrival it looked to be a lovely modern place, however the state and cleanliness of rooms was disgusting. We were with friends so had two appartments The one on the 29th floor reeked of cigarettes, really badly!! Burn marks on kitchen table from cigarettes. They had to keep door open and ariconditioner on high to air out and keep air flow going. Carpet was really stained and spotted, understand general wear and tear but this was at minimum s serious deep clean or better a replacement particularly in the main living area. Our other appartment on the 37th looked lovely, seemed clean no cigarette smell great views However when teenagers went to seperate the double bed so they could sleep in singles the removal of the sheets revealed a feces stained mattress!!! And the bottom sheet had a huge liquid stain ? Pee, they ended up just using one sheet. Freaking gross! Unfortunately i didnt hear about it till the next morning, they just flipped the mattress and remade. I would be doing a real review of cleaning staff and ensuring rooms where that level of cigarette smell and carpet staining are thoroughly dry clean, mattresses with fecal matter are removed and replaced and not just "made up again". Bedding needs to be clean!!! Neither or these appartments should have been booked out again until these things where 100% done. Poor.
Great spot and very modern. Great size rooms and bathrooms as well as a free upgrade to the better rooms across the weekend as they hadn't been booked yetRooms: 5/5
