Celebrating a birthday here we've been looked after so well! Lovely & welcoming staff too! They surprised us with this cute cake & sparkling too! Will definitely return & can't wait to have breakfast at Melba with them too.
It's sort of old fashioned. Probably not the style I would usually go for but for service, cleanliness and smiling happy staff it's excellent. Great location as well.
I stayed at the Langham Melbourne some time ago. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are magnificent. Service is good. The views from the pool area are amazing and the the hot tub is fabulous. The gym is a decent size with good quality equipment. Afternoon tea is delicious but I’m not too sure if it’s worth the price.
Did not stay as had to cancel 48 hours prior to staying, the refund for my account has not be done and it is 3 weeks and counting. They have very poor follow up and nobody seems to know whats going on. I will never stay no matter how good a place it may be.
Beautiful corner river room, very clean and exceptional service. We had a lady come every afternoon asking if we needed anything, hotel is beautiful and defiantly carry’s a high standard
This has to be one of the best hotels in Melbourne. Fantastic food, great staff and attention to details mean this is a welcoming hotel right in the heart of South bank.
The pastries and scones were lovely, service good however the tea was very ordinary. First pot not too bad, second pot was with same tea bag! Really ordinary for that much money. Previous visits very good. Need to put more effort into maintaining a high standard.
Amazing hotel and restaurant. Service however could be improved. We went for a high tea and had to ask for new cutlery and plates after the initial course. Also had to ask for a water refill. Other places do this automatically. Food was amazing.
Excellent, centrally located 5 star hotel beside the Yarra river. Delicious food and The Langham afternoon tea is a lovely experience. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and their Covid-19 safety procedures are second to none. I can highly recommend staying at the Langham.
