I do not recommend this place it’s very run down and has a strange smell. While it was reasonably priced I expected more. Better off sleeping with the homeless person laying in front of the entrance door. Who was a nice man. Only good thing is the location.
If you pay for budget accommodation in a perfect area don't whinge about not getting the grand Hyatt. My room was fine, had everything i needed. Most of the time I was out exploring the city which is at your fingertips here. Would stay again for sure
Dated and needing a face lift, quilts, bathroom vanity, pillows and beds all need replacing. Toilet dirty and requested light bulbs that never came. No information provided on parking. Poor standard of welcoming guests. Only plus was the location.Rooms: 2/5
Worst ever experienced faced by this hotel. First of all, No parking at all in the motel and the lady was so rude when asked about the parking. You need to park in nearby Wilson parking by spending close to $40. Secondly, there was no hygiene inside room at all, no cleanliness, the quilts and bedsheets were very dirty and smelly, carpets were smelly, sheets had stains. Washroom had a very bad smell and the drain was not working at all, all water was remaining in the tub and on the washroom floor. I won’t suggest to book this hotel if you want to sleep peacefully and in the clean room or facility
This organization does precisely the exact thing they say. The group arrived as expected and worked effectively. We just moved into the home and were uncertain of what the vents were like expecting they were loaded with develop over every one of the years and never been cleaned. My family and I feel better knowing now that we can inhale simpler with the work they performed. The fair expense for what was finished, I would prescribe this support of anyone out of luck. 10/10 would utilize it once more
The room had a horrible smell. Bathroom drain was so badly blocked shower water would pool. It was full of hair it was absolutely disgusting. TV didn't work and when I asked them if they could have a look they never came to fix it. The room had no soap or anything in it I had to go down and ask for some. The location is great but wouldn't recommend staying there at all
Room was filthy,the sheets on my son's bed had mould spots on them. Couldn't get our windows to close so the room was freezing with no working heat source, and one window was loosely boarded up with a piece of ply board. The only thing this place has going for it is its location- a short walk to flinders station.Rooms: 1/5
Great location within walking distance to major theatres and Flinders St station. Room very close to Swanston St so was very noisy especially with trams rolling by. Had to put my headphones on to sleep. Basic room with shower, microwave and toaster. Would reccomend for a short or overnight stay. Nearby activities: Major theatres Walkability: Close to everything
First of all first time in Melbourne we couldn't find the parking, we tried to call so many times the motel to help us and we couldn't get through. My husband parked on the street and start walking to go to the motel to find the person in the reception, talking on his phone in his language felt like talking to a friend and ignoring him.....until my husband got frustrated and the guy decided to hang up. When we opened the door the room stunk, the coffee table was sticky from the previous people. The bed sheets smelled like tiger balm. Fridge wasn't connected to power. The description of the room was saying it had iron and ironing board, but was nothing there. I'm glad we had to stay there only one night. NEVER AGAIN
I checked in early. Reception were helpful finding me a room. Room was simple but suitable for budget accommodation. Very close to everywhere I wanted to beRooms: 4/5
