Very convenient room, comfortable bed, handy kitchenette and bathtub, something I so enjoy. Surprisingly quiet location. Good after hours check-in arrangements meant seamless entry. Location is pretty good, especially for the tram but the major works going on nearby meant driving was subject to lots of detours. Thank you Mrs GPS. Found out at checkout that there is a convenience store nearby, which we hadn't noticed.
This place is located at a convenient and easily accessible location in Melbourne. There’s a tram stop very close by too. The outside looks brand new. However the rooms are not that new. I got scared to get in to their lift as it was shaking while on move. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me with my request to have an early check-in. The reception closes by 8pm. I like the fact that they have a cafe right adjacenct to it. The toaster in the room we got was faulty and even made the fire alarm go as soon as we plugged it in even when there wasn’t any bread inside it. The rooms aren’t sound proof. So you could very well hear noise from outside.
The rooms were clean,very comfortable and the staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The head housekeeper was charming and obliging.We’ll be back!Rooms: 5/5

Pros: - The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was quite generous. - The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery and glasses, which made it easy for our stay. - The bed's were super comfy and having individual air conditioners in the rooms ensured a comfy night for everyone. - Great location with heaps of street parking and a tram stop out the front. Cons: - The heating & air conditioners didn't work when we got there, and took the staff about an hour to fix. - We had informed them ahead of time that we were a family and the bed in the lounge area wasn't made up on arrival. - The staff made a double bed up, then we later realised that one of the couches opened up to a single bed. Since we had young adult kids staying, we made the extra beds up, but knowing that that was an option would have been great. - The room itself was a bit aged, could do with a face-lift.
This is a good hotel in a great location. A small bakery cafe in the lobby for great coffee and breakfast. Well worth the money we paid and would stay again The tram is right out front and the park close by is lovely walk. Felt very safe night and day.
Extremely pleased with my stay at Park Regis. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself is in a great location and easy to get around to the city and access to the freeway. Thank you for the great stay and look forward to coming back again!!
My husband and I stayed at the park regis griffin suites with our two kids for a few days in the school holidays, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was more then enough room for all of us as the king beds had the option to become two single beds which we chose to do with one of the rooms for our kids. The apartment also included a kitchen and large living/dining area with a good sized TV. Staff were very accommodating with information about parking, nearby resturants and instructions using the tram line right in front of the hotel. Definitely would stay there again, kids loved it!
We came here for our anniversary holiday all the way from Brisbane, excellent friendly staff all around the building, doing more then they have too, kind, and very generous, very organised and on top of things, room service occurred every day, bins were thrown away and bed was made upon request, you never see staff not smiling, I highly recommend this business to anybody who is looking to have a stay here, very pleased and by far if not the best hotel I’ve stayed in, will be looking forward to booking more stays in the future next time I’m in Melbourne
