We stayed in the newly renovated Loft apartments for the long weekend and were blown away. The room we had was incredible. Spacious, well appointed, wonderful bathroom and the added bonus of a washer and dryer. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful stay. Location was excellent, quiet and a convince store right next door.
We booked eleven apartments in the main hotel and the lofts for our team, who were really impressed with the spaciousness of the rooms and the quality of the furnishings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Russell, in particular, went the extra mile helping us carry some heavy luggage. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a great stay.
I stayed here 3 days 2 nights just this past weekend. Adina Apartment Hotel on Flinders Street in Melbourne is absolutely beautiful. From the outside, you would have no idea how stunning it is inside. I came here for respite care with my mum and we were very impressed with how spacious and clean our apartment was. I was able to spend some much needed time with my mum and get out and about in the community. We were very close to everything! Everything is within walking distance! There is even a convenient IGA right next door. The apartment came with everything you need. Tea and coffee amenities, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, dish cleaning items, glassware, mugs, plates, bowls and even pots and pans. In the bathrooms there were towels, hand towels, sanitary bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, etc. Here are some negatives potential guests may want to take into consideration before booking at this Adina location: - I really struggled sleeping. This was at no fault of the hotel. There was some sort or bar/club behind our apartment that would frequently empty what sounded like 1000s of glass bottles into a deep drop bin. This would continue until around 3am. - during our stay, only 1 elevator was working. There were often long waits to get in or out of the hotel because of this. - the floor outside becomes extremely slippery when wet. I was exiting the hotel during my stay and noticed a man in the lobby with bandages wrapped around his head and being tended to by multiple staff. I was unsure of what happened but pieced it together when I too nearly slid right out the front. I do not know who's responsible for the pavement/flooring outside, but it is very dangerous. Ambulance, police and firemen attended that day. Sand had to be put down on the whole block to create traction. The negatives aside, this was the best apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in. The amount of space you have is incredible. I have sent photos and videos to family and friends and they are all going to be booking with Adina if they stay in Melbourne CBD.
Had a wonderful room with amazing view once again Asked about bringing family New years eve to stay and see fireworks but the price was very pricey, need to win tattslotto, would have been nice but not at that price. Will definitely be staying there again on our own we love the new apartments Rooms: Renovations are great nice and spacious and comfortable Nearby activities: Great for footy, concerts ect. Walkability: Easy walk to sports precincts and concert venues Noteworthy details: Very clean and safe, but need a safety bar to hold onto getting in and out of shower bath, rather dangerous for short older people
Enjoyed a one night stay, bed medium not study or hard. Some Street noise but no noise from neighbouring apartments. Very spacious rooms. Nearby activities: Great base for events at Margaret Court arena. Walkability: Very easy walk to Fed square.
This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I've stayed in many hotels. The service was spectacular and provided the WOW factor. Great staff - 5 Star service Rooms: Nice and comfortable Walkability: Easy access to all areas of Melbourne. Tram is literally a few metres from the hotel
This is a good hotel. Nice facilities, clean and central location. Relatively close to everything, with convenient IGA outside. Had some construction during our stay but staff very pleasant.
Prabin was easily the most impressive part of Adina, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels around melb - he was super efficient and polite. He went out of his way multiple times as I am clumsy with my key tags haha Whoever is the boss there give that man a raise! Thanks guys The whole team where amazing X
We booked one night here as we were going to a concert at Rod Laver. Staff were friendly, our room was a one bedroom apartment with a balcony that looked over the train tracks towards the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, the Arts Centre and NGV - unfortunately we didn’t get a great sleep because we aren’t used to the train noise, but other than that it was a great location and only a 10 min walk to Rod Laver. On a side note - be careful where you park! We also made the mistake of parking in the Wilson’s car park next door, parking from 3pm Sunday to about 9.30am Sunday was $75!! Purely our fault and no blame or criticism of Adina Apartments at all - just an FYI for other guests
Very spacious two bedroom apartment, great for a family with kids, plenty of room for them to run around in! Great location, and super useful having an IGA mini-mart right next door. On-site parking was $25 a day, expensive but reasonable in the grand scheme of things private car parks next door around $45 per day. Usual Hotel niggles applied - remote control with flat batteries, extension cord in bedroom wasn’t working so one bedside table lamp couldn’t be used, poor ventilation in bedroom so you have to “waft” into the hallway to aerate ‍. Whilst the decor was a bit bland, it was all a relatively good condition and everything looked/felt clean. Staff at reception was friendly and welcoming. Overall great for an overnight stay, would definitely work as a basecamp for several days in the city.
