Our go to spot when staying in Melbourne. Bourke Street within walking distance and designer shopping just down the road. Rooms are a good size, nice having a small lounge room to chill after a day in the city is fantastic. Small kitchenette and tall table with bar stools for dining. You can have the usual delivery services drop to your door, which is handy. Staff are always happy to assist and check in/out is always smooth. Will continue to book here.
Had a 2 night stay in an apartment and it was just as the picture showed. Plenty of room, clean and quiet and location was close to plenty on cafes and restaurants. The best part was the friendliness of the staff. They made a good impression on me right from the time I checked in. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Melbourne. Rooms: Spacious and clean rooms. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Nearby activities: Her Majesty's Theatre, Bourke Street, Queen Vic Market, Docklands Safety: Area was busy but felt safe, even walking around at night. You have a security password to get back into motel after 8pm so not just anyone can walk in there. Walkability: Close to many amenities like restaurants, cafe's, 7 Eleven, tram stops ect. Food & drinks: No meals there but plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Really enjoyed staying here for a couple of weeks. The staff are very helpful and friendly and location in Exhibition Street was perfect, close to all the best restaurants, including Chinese of Cambodian, African, bagels, Japanese and more. Close to all transport and offering as separate bedroom. Kitchenette, full bathroom, washing machine, large fridge etc. We will definately return here when we come to Melbourne.
Loved the room but it was very hard to access the building after hours also if you come after hours you will have to get the code from reception for your key which will be in one of the safes on the wall near the door but will not give you instructions before hand
I wouldn't even give them one star. Save your money and go somewhere else. The check in was meant to be at 2pm and 4pm goes by and our room is still not ready. Extremely bad management. Save your money and go somewhere else. Wouldnot recommend to anyone.
The lobby is small and filthy, what it does offer is locatiom, location and value for money.If you only wanting a place to stay then this a place aside from that the place has nothing else to offer.The other good thing as well that any request is getting an attention.Rooms: 3/5
If you're looking to make use of your Accor tier membership benefits, you won't be able to here. We received no benefits as Gold members that were advertised when booking. The hotel staff explained this was due to changes in management. I suggest this is updated in Accor's booking system as we would have chosen somewhere else if we had known. The room is very spacious, however the bathroom needs a deep clean.
Our stay was marred by excessive noise from a nearby bar. We booked expecting the room to be quiet advertised. Very difficult to get the kids settled down. Fold out bed in lounge room also meant we had nowhere to go once kids went to bed. Do not recommend for a trip with kids or for people wanting a peaceful stay.Rooms: 3/5
Great stay soiled only by the construction that started next door at 6:15am. Staff however were fantastic and moved us to another room away from the noise as soon as possible. I believe the receptionists name was Olivia she was understanding, polite and fantastic service.Rooms: 3/5
