We like the Windsor and stayed there this week. The staff were excellent but the hotel itself looks a little tired. That said, we enjoyed our stay.

I spent three days here in late November and enjoyed the peaceful environment, clean spacious room and good service. The high tea was a gift for a friend, who really enjoyed the experience. Service was a bit slow, due to low staff numbers, but overall, it was another positive stay at this Melbourne landmark.

Oh my goodness. What a delight this Hotel is,  spoil yourself and partner or take your Gran and Aunts here. High Tea is amazing, you will be spoilt with all the little delicacies and lovely staff. Do indulge yourself, we did and enjoyed it very much.

High tea at the Windsor is a definite must! The food was perfection ... so much attention to detail and so much flavour and texture in each little bite. Service is 5star. Highly recommend!

A slice of Melbourne's history in this beautifully maintained hotel. The Grand Ballroom was superb, and the wedding reception went without a hitch. Fabulous food well presented. Delightful eventing in grand style.

The Windsor is a very majestic hotel. All staff were very courteous and extremely easy to talk to. Very helpful.  Our breakfast lady was a delightful person and I  thoroughly enjoyed talking to her.

Lovely old hotel dating back to the 1880's.  Of course it has been updated regularly since then.  Five star service - comfortable bed, marble bathroom, excellent meals.
