The hotel is really good nice location near crown and Spencer street station. The room was lovely and big with a kitchen and the service was good. We met a man call Denis and he had great knowledge of the area.
Excellent ! A great location central to the city. We enjoyed our stay very much ! The staff were very helpful and informative. The room we had was very comfortable, the towels were soft and a good size and the bed was comfortable. We will stay there again and recommend it to pur family and friends.
Loved staying here. Room was great and large in size. Even though next to rail line we didn't hear the trains. Great location and service. Would certainly stay again

Lovely hotel, fantastic service and divine room service good. Decor is somewhat dated which is the only reason this is not a 5-star. Great location for walking around CBD as well as access to business district.
