Very convenient as the location. Southern Cross station and tram stops are just within a minute from the hotel. Staff is polite and accommodating. Rooms are clean, and does not smell. You can hear the traffic noise outside if room is booked on the side of Spencer street, but does not disturb with sleep. Would come back again! Cheers!
First room we were put in and this is what was on the desk. After paying more money to be moved rooms are still very substantial. We will never stay again
Utterly disappointed. Booked leaving some good comparable options. Regret it now. Not at all worth. Stinky, compact rooms. Appeared more like a hostel with windows of rooms giving clear views into each other. Hardly any privacy. Had to keep the blinds down always. Appeared to be night even during day.
Easy to come and go at all hours. Late checkout was good. Room had a bit of a funky smell though
Don't waste your money here, you'll regret it. To be honest. Unless there's special deals, don't do ittt not worth it dudes. First hotel I ever booked and I cried over it because of how disheartening it was and how most not all the staff managed the situations
Alot of junkies staying here, police were in the hallways upstairs near room multiple times and also downstairs in foyer and front entrance multiple times day and night. Doesn't feel safe, pleasant or clean. and ALOT of dodgy people in hallways and on the street. Would avoid like the plaque. Its notorious in melbourne
