Absolutely incredible. The room was amazing, the view incredible, the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. We absolutely loved our two nights. The food at the club lounge was very impressive with a huge range of hot food, sweet and savoury options. We felt looked after and very safe in this hotel. The location is perfect as restaurants and shops are at right at the door. 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.
From start to finish service was impeccable. Staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and this is by far the best service I’ve experienced. Great job team! We will definitely go back instead of staying at the crown towers.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here for the second time and this time was with a toddler on the 6 to 11 may. 1 Fridge was condensed with water when we arrived. 2 Have to keep requesting for bottled waters everyday. 3 Have to keep requesting for enough towels everyday. They only provided two when there was 3 of us. 4 House keeping for the first few days was not done properly. Example: hair was not cleaned from bedsheet and bath tub and only the bare minimum was done. House keeping from 9 May onwards was better. 5 Staff couldn’t wait for guests to respond and keep knocking on the door. The most ridiculous part was one of them tried to use the master key to open the door after waiting for only a few second. 6 Room is big and in room dining was good. Overall, this is not a toddler friendly hotel and the standard has dropped since we first stayed. Will not be considering here again soon.
One of the best hotels we have stayed at all the staff members were amazing very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again 100 percent. The only thing I would mention is speak to your cleaners just to up their game a little.
I have stayed at hotel all around Australia as well as Shanghai, London and NYC. This wins hands done from the quietness of the rooms, the blackout blinds, the price and quality of room service, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the room itself inc the bathroom. Literally nowhere has come close to providing every single one of these pleasures. Simply brilliant.
The best damn hotel in Melbourne in my opinion. Great location on South Wharf. Exceptional views from most of the rooms. White glove service at every encounter. Only the room service was slightly below the rest of their very high standardRooms: 5/5
Fantastic hotel stay at South Wharf. Directly above DFO for all your shopping needs. Room was a good size, bed was big & comfy. Bathroom was fantastic. The shower head was great. View was brilliant! Staff were fantastic & very helpful, Evan after midnight when I had key issues. Lobby is a bit dark, but colour scheme in the room is great. Three issues need addressing to make this a 5 star. 1, no parking out front for arrival. All bays taken up with cars that I assume people don't want parked for fear of damage. If your going to do that, have a person at the front desk so guests don't have to double park, unload & then drive off. 2, the pillows are terrible. They have no substance at all. I much prefer a harder pillow. 3, no take home shampoos, etc. I love taking home the little bottles of shampoo to use & remind me of our trips. Overall, a great stay, at a great hotel. Hats off to the front desk staff, professional, courteous & efficient. Nearby activities: Directly above the Dfo shopping mall & river front dining.
It was a great and pleasant stay at the pan pacific hotel. Great ambience. The staff was welcoming as well. We had a room facing the port. The room was clean and tidy. It was spacious with one queen bed and one single bed. Facilities to make tea are complementary. Even gym access is on complimentary. The location of the hotel is great. DFO is right next to the hotel. You can easily access the Melbourne convention center via first floor of the hotel.
Great location, very nice staff. BUT Breakfast was just boiled stuff, sausages bacon and all, well that's how it looked and tasted. Worst hotel breakfast i have ever had. I also had a strangers bag dropped off to my room when I wasn't there
Nice modern hotel. Easy walk from the station and to the CBD. But further out but still only 10-15mins walk. Nice quiet area around the docks with shops and restaurants. Nice modern hotel. Club lounge is clean and modern. Sadly no pool / Spa. Definitely worth a stayRooms: 5/5
