Booked a truck for 2pm, confirmed over the phone in the morning. Arrived at 1:50pm to no one in the office. Waited until 2:20 and then called the mobile number left on the door. Told they wouldn't be back for another half hour. Staff member didn't arrive until 3:10, so we were over an hour behind schedule. The staff member said the issue was understaffing.

Not the biggest fleet in the world, but they will go out of their way to help you - even arrange with a competitor if they can't fulfil your requirements. Highly recommended......
