Such an easy experience with these guys - no fuss at all. I will be returning again for sure.

Was given a car straight after watching the previous person return it even though there were plenty of others to be issued.

Smelt like an ashtray inside the car, had foot prints on the dash and windscreen, white stains that would give Monica Lewinsky flashbacks on the passenger seat, dirty foot well, dirty back seat, and the attendant thought a hose down would be good enough before giving me the keys.

They wouldn't change it on the spot so I took the car and called my insurance to complain, they organised Avis to swap it.

Went back in next morning and was given another car which seemed clean, until I got in and noticed the snot all over the passenger seat and door trim.

Told the attendant straight away and the response was "buddy this is a car hire company we don't sell brand new cars".

I gave him the keys and called an Uber home and organised a rental car through my insurance using one of my preferred companies. Thrifty in this case.

I'm in a rental car at least once a month and have never received such bad service than I did at Parramatta Avis over those 2 days.

Have never had an issue with Hertz, Thrifty, Europcar, or any OTHER Avis, but Parramatta is a branch I think need a complete overhaul of staff.
