Well I rented a car on Saturday and I have made a reservation online about 4 days before that. I have chosen the cheapest car which was $37 per day, with GPS option making it into $42 per day. Fair enough. However when I got my car on Saturday, the shopkeeper said if you like GPS you need to pay extra $5 per day. Since the initial quotation did not mention I have actually checked the GPS option, I have to argue with them the charge was included in the calculation. However, they just replied their car is very cheap and you cannot get a similar car with that price. In some sense its true but the whole things shouldn't be working like that. So I paid extra $15 to get my GPS, however the battery went down after 2 hours because the GPS cannot get charged from the car! Luckily I got a smartphone and google map helped me to get my directions to the destination. I cannot imagine how people can continue their journey in case they don't have smart phone or if the battery went down in the wilderness without 3G signals. When I told them the story when I return the car, the shopkeeper has no intention to refund at all. Well 30 bucks is not a big deal at all, however it is the unfairness and the sense of being cheated hurt me most. I am not going to rent a car through this shop again and I would not recommend this shop to everyone else.

Worst experience ever. These people just do not know the meaning of the phrase 'customer service'. Never going back and will make sure none of my friends have to endure this place.
