Two intimidating men, one middle eastern & one indian appearance arrived at my house (via the back entrance) and demanded return of a "white Camry" from my wife who at the time was the sole person home. She stated numerous times we do not have a car as such, they asked to look inside our garages to wich we denied this. My wife, clealy by now shaken after this farce, demanded to see some paperwork in order to identify themselves. No paperwork wass produced other than a post it note with my address on it. After approx 15 minutes of insisting to hand over 'the car and keys', one of them men then rang their office only to find they were at the wrong address. I am considering offering cctv to police and seeking what legal action can be taken. BAD BAD business dealings i say. " If you are in the business of respossesion, at the very least you should get the address correct".

Excellent service, door to door delivery and always cars available. These guys have never missed a beat in all the time we have done business. I highly recommend 10/10
