Booked a 7-seater two weeks in advance. When I arrived to pick up the booked car they said, You are not getting that. The other guy paid extra to extend it for another day. They didn’t tell us about this when we called in the morning to confirm. Poor attitude, poor service. Definitely will not go back. Not recommended.

Booked a 7 seater for 8am pickup. Its 11 am still waiting. Very greedy in terms of booking customers and not planning risk mitigation. They just wanna rent out their car. Wouldnt worry about the impact on customers by delaying. No sorry or apology in the whole process, instead the whole crew including the manager turned like "we don't care about your trip getting delayed, take it or cancel it". wouldn't recommend this.

Worst customer service as we booked a 7 seater car for a family trip..We booked the car 2 weeks back and on the day of picking up the car their people said they do not have the car available and it was not informed to us at all and this caused us a great deal of hassle we had to look for alternatives... Very unprofessional and very disappointed with the service would not recommend this to anyone so avoid this place.

Booked a truck for a Sunday, on arrival it was not available and had been booked to someone else. Then told I Could take it for 3 hours. I needed it for 8. They would not bring another truck out to me but made me return it for another truck. Returned the second truck on the same day but was charged a late return fee. They provided the second truck with half a tank and I returned it with half a tank but I was initially charged for fuel. Told by manager in store nothing could be done. No one from Thrifty has contacted me personally despite 5 emails and multiple phone calls. I have received automated replies only addressing none of the charges or any attempt to compensate. Staff were very rude and unhelpful.
