My Insurance Company booked rental car to be picked up from Seven Hills Location. Car was washed from outside, but internal was disgusting it was dirty and filthy. Seat were having food crumb all over place, liquid spilled on the seats door way on dashboard and it stinks. They don’t have any alternatives to replace the vehicle. I spoke to my Insurance company and they said to return the vehicle and they will book it with Hertz Car Rental.nIt was very bad Experience and will not recommend or go again at all.
Ram was so very helpful and friendly and attentive to what time wanted because of my height and he went above and beyond from what the insurance company gave me. Will definitely be returning.

I booked for Kia carnival but after 3 days they called me car is not available we don’t have it. So now I am without car what’s the meaning of advance booking. When I asked for 7 seater they told me it’s expansive. Never book from this site.
Had a wonderful experience. Easy Pick-up and Drop process. The gentlemen at the front desk was an absolute delight to deal with. He even upgraded our car as well. I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.
