Friendly staff in the office but not a great car or customer service and limited pickup and drop off hours. The car smelled of smoke and when I requested a new car I was told the only other office in all of Sydney that had a spare car was Sydney airport, but I would still have to return the car here first. The petrol tank wasn't full which I would have to take up with the office themselves, however the Castle Hill office closes at 5 pm limiting pick up and drop off times. All in all not a good experience.

Great customer service with a decent range of vehicles. Conveniently co-located with a cafe for a quick morning bite and coffee before driving out. Location can be a bit difficult to return a car due to traffic in the area - recommend allowing extra time to do so.
