**********Don’t rent ******* If you return your car this invoice will be send to you.. it’s better to buy a car then to rent with splend..There was small dot on bumper for that dot they charged 454$ and when I returned that car they told all good.. they charged me more than 6000 for 3 months I was very late to return the car. I was charged 40 dollars extra for late payment I told them my card was expired you can charge direct debit from my bank but they were happy to charge 40$ excess.. there are so many fee which they will send slowly week by week.. don’t rent .. all 5* rating given by their staff .. so never trust.. I am going to report this company to various sites and agencies.. never rent car with them....

The worst experience I have ever had. They charged me too many fees. Unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. It’s all good when you sign up but after that you will be shocked. Just remember it’s not your car, Anything you do will be charged even for every kilometre. guys be careful they will try there best to get money out of you. Don’t throw your money away and stay away from this horrible company. Cheers,

Car is great! That's the only thing positive about Splend. Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. No calls have been returned, emails are responded 2 weeks later. I rented a car on a Friday however wasn't told I needed to have the car inspected. Had to pay for a week even though I was unable to drive for UBER till the car was inspected. Splend didn't inform me I required a UBER display sticker on my car so i was fined. When telling Splend this they informed me (when they eventually replied) this was not their responsibility. I understand it is UBERs responsibility however Splend proclaims to make the setup process easier... My entire setup process was done with Splend with little to no communication with UBER. If you offer this service then you need to explain everything thats involved with UBER. When returning the car they did an inspection and said everything was allgood. 2 weeks later I get an invoice for damage on the vehicle. I've responded asking for images proving the damage was caused by me because I did not damage the car. Still waiting for a response
