Been here too many times than I can could, there's two ladies that work here pretty much full time, they are competent, sweet and effecient. They'll get you in and out and provide the greatest service. Always appreciative that they're always nice despite being busy.

Got my dad to returned the car in time but staff at the counter charged me 60 bucks for cleaning. The car was in a reasonable condition. Never had the same problem with other hertz depot. Had to go through the dispute process with hertz to get my money refunded but during the process they somehow change me another 21 bucks. FOR NO REASON. The location is not exactly easy to get to.  Will try elsewhere next time.
