Often people who are sent to car rentals because of an insurance  claim are often stressed and annoyed by the time they get to the rental place. If this has happened to you, I would recommend that you choose hertz’s rental at bankstown. Fay and Ange literally took the stress levels down to zero for me. So polite, friendly and understanding of my circumstance. They made the whole ordeal of renting a car super easy and uncomplicated, there care factor is next level over most rental places I’ve been to. And returning the car was Just as hassle free. Fay and Ange are  % assets to this company and deserve recognition for there Customer service skills. I will definitely be back here to rent a car when we need a large car for one of those family vacations or if ever my insurance claim sends me here due to car repairs. Thanks from Antonio K- aka red Nissan x trail guy who Just loved driving this big suv.

I highly recommend Hertz at Bankstown. All the staff are so kind & happy to help, in particular today Michel really went out of his way to help me. The car I picked up was way to big for me & my garage & when I told Michel this he went over & beyond to find me a more suitable car which he did very quickly too. I really appreciate all of his help & would recommend Hertz at bankstown for your hire car needs

Doesn’t know what is customer service and unexpectedly wasn’t allowed to hire car since it’s a corporate discount. When asked why? Was told, the rate for the discount is so good we need to investigate it further. Was asked to proof where I work by showing company emails, was even asked by the women to show a company letter outlining the discount code will be used for corporate purposes. What rubbish is this before going on a holiday. Literally just before leaving to holiday we had faced this issue which was never a problem in any other rental company.nnPlease avoid this place and maybe book your car through hertz airport. At least these people know how to talk.
