Cheapa Car Rental

The worst car rental experience ever with this Cheapa Car Rental. If I can rate it by a negative score, i would give it a -100. I booked my car rental with Cheapa through a third party agent (zuzuche) and fully made the payment. A couple of days later, got a call from a staff from Cheapa telling I need to pay an extra $50 per day (which doubled my cost) for my booking as it is over Christmas period. There wasn't any information indicating that there would be a surcharge for Christmas when I placed my booking. Of course I refused to pay the extra and raised this issue to the agent (zuzuche). While the agent is trying to sort out this issue with them, Cheapa has cancelled my booking already without any approval or notification. The staff is so rude and said that this is the level of service they provide. Just don't why business like this could survive. Hopefully tourists like me could read this before they make any decision on car rental.

thanks for the all the customers feedback,recently, we received customer feedback which is not good enough .because of it's our new colleague's problem,and also he was not work our company anymore,we will inprove our system and service.thanks for all guest.

one star is more that what its ignorant, rude and unreasonable customer service team would have deserved. Applying surcharge without notification, and threatened to cancel my order the day before my actual trip, would never book with them again.

Bogus fees and surcharges, try to scam part of your deposit as well! Beware!
