Booked - & confirmed day prior - the required vehicle was available yet when we arrived the vehicle was not available. Alternative vehicle only loaded 80% of load so had to do two runs increasing cost of the job. Staff less than pleasant. Sad representation of the chain.

Made a booking a week in advance. Rock up at 9am on a Sunday. Had to wait 40 min to be served as it was busy. The signs says of ur paying by debit cc it's 500 now not 200. But on website says 200. So I had to leave as I don't have 500 sitting on my account. The lady just let me leave without helping also served other people even though I was there first. Never again
