Hertz Car Rental Penrith

Have hired from Hertz Penrith on 4 occasions this past year. Every time the staff have been amazing and friendly and very helpful. Cars are all well maintained and cleaned and a pleasure to drive. On the 4 occasions I have had the Kia Cerrato twice - fantastic to drive and plenty of additional features. Toyota Corolla - again fantastic and similar to the Kia. Only let down was a Nissan Pulsar but the car was still clean and easy to drive just nearing the end of its renting period. Fantastic staff with fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

Mine was a 3 day rental of a smallish size car. Price was ok The reason for a low rating was because; 1. the vehicle was dirty and covered in scratches and dents. 2. The vehicle inside smelt bad of cigarettes and wasn't clean. The service staff aren't very friendly, but im guessing that they put up with a lot from unhappy clients.

Helpful, friendly staff, they had no hesitation in getting me a car that i fit in to for leg and head room.

A little out the way.. But worth it, quick transactions, great cars, clean inside and out.. friendly staff
