I rented a truck from this company and told that it was unlimited kilometres. When my credit card was charged I found a amount of well over $250 for excess kilometres. Rang the Brendale office and was told that excess kilometres was a standard charge even though I specifically asked if it was 'unlimited kilometres'. Asked for the Manager Brad to ring me back and I'm still waiting.... I would be very wary dealing with this company again - once its charged to your credit card they don't want to know you and you can't get the charges reversed!! Be warned!!

Do not use. They called an hour before we were due to pick up our van and left a voicemail saying it was unavailable. We were driving so didn't get it, when we got there the man was rude and unprofessional. Would never use again. Have never had any issues with other Europcar locations. Will never use again.
