Although my hire car was supplied by Suncorp the Customer Service at Hertz Kalanger QLD was very good and streamlined.

Single man service is unbelievable. Expecting one person to giving and receiving. Though the gentleman was pleasant, he was on his own, especially when there is another individual closed off in another room dealing other more important matters. This is normal for this office. The people that were waiting in front us us said the same thing

The team at Kallangur were awesome! The vehicle I ordered through reservations was different to what was in the system. The team however provided a range of alternatives in my favour and nothing was too difficult. So helpful!!
