Outstanding car and van rental. Far and away the best company to rent from. Thorough, professional service from the two Olivers and good vehicles to boot. Don't bother with poor imitations.

I must say that dealing with Joe was easy. He managed my expectations by communicating and kept me in the loop all the way. A good example. Do not deal with Emily at the Sydenham branch- bad customer service and experience Joe turned this around and I would use Enterprise again.

I couldn't ask for more from Ollie,Ollie, Tom and Kieran at the Broadstairs office. They worked both friendly and professionally

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! They keep taking money out my bank without my permission. Do not give them your card details. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions. They have caused me and my family so much stress, financially and emotionally.

Absolutely amazing branch and team - they went over and beyond to provide stellar service, were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. My first experience hiring a van from them, they put me at total ease, ran through everything clearly. 100% recommend if you need to hire! HUGE Thanks Olly, Olly & Tom, you're all legends!

Shambles is an understatement..having had 2 decent experiences with this branch I have been left feeling let down and disappointed. The last time I rented from them they tried to charge my account for just under £1000 while I was in possession of the van , when questioned they apologised and said there ‘Manager ‘ had been dealing with a customer with my same surname , I was shocked that this had happened as it was over two transactions..I decided to give them one more chance so booked a small van online for pickup .. only to be told this morning an hour before I was ment to pick up that all they had was Luton .. 4 times the size of my required booking  . The manager wasn’t bothered and informed me that the website and branch aren’t actuallly linked so it’s subject to availability. I have been refunded which won’t be in my account for 5-10 days .. I am bemused and regretting giving them one final chance .. Stay Clear .

Steer well clear - the van was absolutely filthy, it had not been   serviced and had multiple engine warning lights flasshing up whike driving and prior damage that was pointed out on collection was undocumented on the hire agreement.  I hire a lot of vehicles and this is quite possible my worst hire experience.  Never again with this Company

Provided me with a courtesy car after an accident. Couldn't be more helpful. Oliver dealt with me, fantastic customer service, provided me swiftly with a hire car for the time being. I would most certainly recommend Enterprise.

Broadstairs branch is the best Friendly and professional and fast service Good quality cars 10/10
